Jason previously spent 17 years at IHS Markit, steadily advancing into major senior leadership roles, including serving as President and Chief Financial Officer. One major milestone in his career was overseeing the successful merger between IHS Markit & S&P Global during his leadership. Meanwhile, Sari Granat, with her deep understanding of technology operations & governance, is an ideal match for VideoAmp. COO at Chainalysis, a blockchain data company, she was before that Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at IHS Markit. Besides that, she is also a board member of Assurant and Venture Global.
